Our Process

STEP 1

We research and check a number of government agencies including state and county agencies to determine if an overage is to be collected.

STEP 2

Our company then searches for those individuals whom we have identified as having surplus funds available to them.

STEP 3

We then have one of our associates contact those individuals we have determined there are uncollected surplus funds for.

STEP 4

Once you have spoken to one of our agents and verbally agreed to let us work your claim and become a client, we will set up a time for you to sign several pages of paperwork to allow us to get started.

STEP 5

After receiving our paperwork, we will send a local notary to collect it from you and overnight it back to our office. Claims are usually processed in 3-4 months depending on the complexity of the case, the availability of the government agency, and your share of the claim. Typically 60-70% of the funds are collected, then they are remitted to you within 30 days of receipt.
